Chef Yoshinori Ishii has created a menu featuring a variety of Japanese cuisine and kaiseki, a traditional tasting menu comprising artfully crafted dishes influenced by Zen Buddhism.

Umu has the largest sake list in Europe with 160 types. The wine list is also an impressive read, with over 800 bins.
