The Running Horse is a true gem, first transformed into a Tavern in 1738 and like many in its day seeking Royal protection, its name derived from the “Galloping Horse of Hanover”. It has survived to become one of the oldest public houses in Grosvenor, Mayfair.
The restaurant and bar can be split for all types of events whether a small business lunch or full-blown drinks party. The ground floor seats 80 and the first floor room can seat 40. They can host standing events of up to 150 guests across the venue.
Food
The menu features old favourites and modern classics alongside each other, using fresh produce and expertise from the talented chefs.
Drink
The Running Horse has a fine selection of drinks and a reasonably priced wine list, something for everybody’s taste.

11:30am to 3:30pm and 6pm to 9:30pm

11:30am to 4pm and 6pm to 9:30pm

Halloween Themed Dishes
First Restaurant Group will be offering a selection of Halloween themed special dishes and cocktails at each site over the weekend, as well as a cauldron full of ‘trick or treat’ sweets for those with a sweet tooth!
This will be available at the Waterway, Summerhouse, Ebury and Running Horse.
