Created by Design Research Studio under the direction of Tom Dixon, Oliver Peyton's restaurant group, Peyton and Byrne, is launching at the Royal Academy of Arts. The new restaurant and bar, the fourth dining space at the Academy from the group, promises all-day dining and ‘very British’ afternoon tea with waiter service. The menu packed with British ingredients and tapas style small plates, terrines and over 20 wines available by the glass look likely to ensure this latest addition will prove a success.
