Chin Chin offers London its first nitro ice-cream parlour. The quirky venue, located in Camden NW1 offers ice-cream made in seconds using a 180-litre tank of nitrogen. The concept of instant freezing creates a smoother, denser texture with an array of toppings including peanut brittle, meringue and violet marshmallows.
