The concept behind The 10 Cases in Covent Garden is fairly straight forward: 10 whites, 10 reds and 10 cases of each. The end result? A relaxed, casual wine bistro housing 200 cases of very drinkable wine. Served by the bottle, carafe or glass, owners Ian and Will will ensure a consistently interesting offering by replacing each wine with something new when its 10 cases are depleted. In addition to the 200 cases of wine on hand, chef Juette Shallow will deliver a daily changing menu of reasonably priced, classic European tasting dishes.
