New Britannia meets Britain's oldest food market at Roast, a restaurant and bar dedicated to classical British cooking using the finest seasonal produce. Housed in the unique structure of the former portico of a flower market, Roast serves up gutsy food and delicious drinks and wherever you sit, there is a view - either into our open kitchen, over Borough Market or onto St Paul's Cathedral.
With their stylish contemporary interior and elegant soaring windows, Roast makes an ideal venue for private parties, corporate functions, champagne receptions or launch events. Sweeping views of St. Paul's and Borough Market provide an exciting backdrop to your event.
Food
Roast believe that Britain's farmers and fisherman are among the best in the world and when these ingredients are used alongside classical British recipes, the results can be special.
Drink
Alongside their faithfully rendered classic fancy drinks, the acclaimed bar team shake and stir the finest spirits and seasonal fruits Britain has to offer, creating a different "Market Tipple" each month.
