Following his involvements with Whisky Mist, Mahiki and the Punchbowl, Guy Pelly has now set up a new exciting London hot-spot. Public – a New York style industrial space – is in the heart of a former bottling plant on the corner of Lots Road/Kings Road. It boasts the largest licence Chelsea has ever granted and a £2 million fit out and has a second phase which Pelly hints will be extremely unusual and fun which will follow in the New Year. There is a comprehensive and fun cocktail menu, with sharing shooters like the mousetrap, which is a complex, yet fun way to shoot Jaegerbombs.
