Polpetto, the third restaurant from Norman and business partner Richard Beatty adopts the little sibling role to the ever-popular POLPO. Located in Soho, above The French House on Dean Street, the restaurant serves classic Italian and Venetian-style dishes, complemented by their locally produced northern Italian wine list.
