Jason Atherton, formerly of Maze, has spent the last twelve months bringing his first restaurant Pollen Street Social to life. The restaurant has a main dining room to seat sixty, a bar named The Social Room seating forty-five and a stand alone dessert bar to seat six. Working closely with designers Lyndon Neri and Rosanna Hu, Jason has created an environment of low-key luxury conducive to a buzzing New York style atmosphere and a menu best described as modern British with international influences.
