What's your favourite restaurant, and why?

We love Roka for the busy atmosphere (even on a Monday night) the pre-dinner, fresh fruit cocktails and of course the delicious, healthy food!

What's your biggest party disaster?

We had a power cut in the catering tent at a wedding. We had to shuttle food up to the ovens in the house and cook it all that way!

Name one thing you would never leave for a party without.

A present for our host, home- made if we’re being good!

We recently provided the catering for 300 people for the Amazon Christmas launch. The event was in a huge warehouse space with no kitchen! We created a make shift kitchen, and provided delicious food and drinks all day to groups of journalists and buyers.
