Nobu London remains one of the city’s top dining hot spots. The eponymous restaurant was the first European venture for the celebrated Japanese Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa. The 150 cover restaurant includes a separate sushi bar and the minimalist, chic interior boasts stunning views across Hyde Park through full-height windows.
The Private Dining facility closely adjoins the main restaurant. Offering a range of decor choices, the versatile space has played host to a wide range of private and corporate functions. Service can include the famed Sushi bar inside the room or traditional waiter service from the main kitchens.
Food
The menu at Nobu London captures Matsuhisa’s “new style” Japanese cuisine, where traditional Japanese techniques meet South American flavours.

Extensive, comprehensive wine list caters for all tastes. Hokusetsu sake exclusive to Nobu, along with Nobu classic cocktails.
