Koffmann's, the highly anticipated next step from Pierre Koffmann, has recently opened at The Berkeley, Knightsbridge. The restaurant encompasses a relaxed, informal style whilst heralding true to the French Chef's classic, provincial culinary roots. The menu offers exceptional seasonal dishes, many influenced by Gascon heritage, with an additional good value menu du jour which changes daily.
The 120-seat restaurant includes two private dining rooms, the Camille Room for up to 14, and Pierre’s Table for four people.
Food
The menu will offer hearty, robust, seasonal dishes, many influenced by his Gascon heritage, with some dishes will be designed to highlight the theatre of carving and confident performance à la table.
Drink
Head sommelier Mark Botes will guide you through an international list of 160 bins, with emphasis in France.
