Inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, Hélène’s cuisine has its roots in her native Landes region of south west France. Already a holder of a Michelin star for her restaurant on Paris’s Left Bank, she recently received her second Michelin star for Hélène Darroze at the Connaught.
