We recently catered the Rugby Football union President’s reception and dinner at Royal Hospital Chelsea. It was a Champagne and Canapé reception for 350 in the Great Hall followed by a sit down 5 course meal for 50 of the top guests in the State Apartments. This event was to host the President of the visiting team of the England match the following day and needed to show off English style and quality like no other.
