The Restaurant’s spacious oval room provides the perfect ambience to enjoy a light lunch or a sumptuous dinner. The Champagne Bar, launched in October 2009, is inspired by Gallé's iconic 1902 design for the Cuvée Belle Époque bottle and The Café’s open kitchen and roof terrace overlooks the Knightsbridge rooftops.

Executive Chef Jonas Karlsson's menus are inspired by seasonality. His daily changing 'Market Menu' comprises of wholesome fresh ingredients.
