Dish catered at the Saatchi Gallery for a television company who wanted different, upmarket restaurant food to entertain key journalists. Food choices included lobster thermidore canapés, tilapia with chilli and aubergine salsa, confit suckling pig and a wealth of sweet frivolities in the centre of the table for pudding.
