Located in the hotel's ground level, CUT is a quintessential modern American steak restaurant. With world-renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck at the helm, the restaurant features some of his siganture prime dry-and-wet-aged beef. Open throughout the day, the main restaurant seats 70 for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Over-looking the restaurant, the first floor Library and Bar 45 are welcome additions for private functions or pre and post dinner drinks.
