Lady Blonde says: “Unique and intriguing. Bleeding Heart is known for its romantic ambience and characterful private dining rooms.”

The Bleeding Heart’s trio of Restaurant, Bistro and Tavern is arranged around a historic, romantic cobbled courtyard, scene of a 17th century crime of passion. The atmosphere is distinctly Gallic with low beams, wooden floors and plenty of art on the walls to create a unique, intimate ambience. The restaurant is known for its romantic setting for both dates and business, the bistro is relaxed with a great outside area, The Tavern is open for breakfast and is great for a low key beer and The Crypt offers fabulous private dining.
Five beautiful, individually decorated rooms seating from 20 to 120: The Parlour, The Wine Cellar, The Terrace Room, and The Red Room. The gorgeous medieval Crypt, venue for Henry VIII’s 3 day wedding feast, seats up to 120. Guests enjoy the same superb food, wine and service as at the Bleeding Heart restaurant.
