Barbecoa restaurant and butchery is the latest joint venture from Chef Jamie Oliver and barbeque expert Adam Perry Lang. Nestled in the heart of St Paul’s, the restaurant offers spectacular views of the Cathedral and the City beyond. Adopting an artisanal style to their dishes, premium barbecued meats and fish are locally sourced and cooked in open-pits, robata grills, tandoors and wood-burning ovens.
