Asia de Cuba, the acclaimed restaurant at St Martins Lane Hotel is inspired by the undiscovered pleasures of the Chino-Latino cafes that dotted the streets first of Havana, and then of Miami and New York. The cuisine represents the marriage of Asian cuisine and technique infused with the tropical flavours of the Caribbean, with a sharing concept that encourages greater interaction between guests.
