...Interiors
“Austere or ostentatious, chic or shambolic, whatever your taste in interiors, London will cater for it. Because like they say, it's what's on the inside that counts.”
With taxidermy and jewels galore, Les Trois Garcons is an eccentric haven that never ceases to delight. sketch is equally intriguing, fusing all its spaces with art and spectacle. More traditional but still using ever-changing art displays is the private member's club, Quo Vadis - a decadent home-from-home. The great after-work spot, The Donovan Bar at Brown's, actually takes its name from the artist (Terence Donovan) whose black and white prints line the walls. And for something totally different, nowhere is better than The Ritz at Christmas time when it is fully festooned in traditional decorations.
